Q How do I go about Booking?

A Contact us by e mail or phone check that your selected dates are free. Ask us to hold the dates for you whilst you book flights and fill in our on line booking form. Print off two copies of the booking form, retain one copy and post the other to us with the relevant money / deposit. We will then send you your receipt and confirmation along with directions and instructions etc.

Q. How far is the apartment from Malaga Airport and how can I get there?

A. The apartment is approximately 28 miles from Malaga. We can arrange your car hire and you will be met after baggage reclaim by the rep who will have your name on a card and will give you keys to the apartment as well as the vehicle. You return all keys to the rep at the end of your stay. Or we can arrange a taxi with an English driver to meet you and drive you both ways. Alternatively you are free to make your own travel arrangements.

Q. If I do not require hire car, or taxi to be arranged, how do I get keys for the apartment?

A. They will be posted to you within two weeks before your departure date. They should be posted back to us on your return to the UK

Q. Is bedding and towels provided?

A. Yes the only things you need to bring are your own beach or pool towels.

Q. Is there a cot?

A. Yes a foldaway travel cot, bedding and mattress.

Q. Is the apartment air conditioned?

A. Yes, we installed air conditioning in 2006 The units provide cold air in the summer and hot air in the winter months and are controlled by remote temperature and fan speed remotes.

Q. Is there a pool?

A. Yes the pool is overlooked by the apartment with about thirty steps down to the pool, which has an integral paddling pool area all in private gardens. There are two other pools in the complex.

Q. How far away is the beach?

A. The beach is just under 1 Km. down the hill and there are numerous beaches along this stretch of coast to choose from.

Q. Is a hire car necessary?

A. No a hire car is not necessary as there is a motorised "train" like you will see at theme parks. This goes hourly round the whole of Calahonda during daylight hours and you can hail it down anywhere on route, or get it from where it starts from. You may wish to consider a hire car, in comparison, a taxi from Malaga Airport to the apartment will cost about £50.00 return. For around 30 - 40 pounds more a 3 door car can be hired for the entire week affording you complete freedom.

Q. Is the public transport any good?

A. Yes busses are frequent and cheap. Trains go from Fuengirola (8 milesl from Calahonda)

Q. Is there a car park?

A. Yes there is a large car park area in the complex. from the car park to the apartment is a walk of about 75 yards all on one level - ground floor.

Q. Is there Golf nearby?

A. Yes the apartment lies about 200 yards from the La Siesta Golf Club entrance and overlooks the ninth tee. La Siesta Golf is a 9 hole par 3's course and there are many other good courses within 5 to 20 minutes drive. 2 sets of clubs are provided in the apartment. If you are more serious about your golf please bring your own.

Q. Are there cooking facilities?

A. Yes there is a 4 ring electric ceramic infra red hob and oven and a microwave, electric kettle, toaster and Iron and ironing board. There is a fridge and washing machine and drying frame.
